Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In 2026, the use of automated privacy signals (GPC) is a recognized part of our contract with you, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Washington County Highlight is a consumer directory platform that connects residents of the Saint George area with local service professionals. The Platform allows users to discover local businesses, scan physical QR codes at business locations to verify visits ("Check-ins"), and enter weekly promotional drawings.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. Participation is strictly limited to residents of the United States and Puerto Rico. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

To maintain the integrity of our verified directory and promotional drawings, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • SYSTEM ABUSE: Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the Platform or submit Check-ins.
  • IDENTIFIER TAMPERING: Attempting to modify, bypass, or delete authentication and security identifiers, including washingtoncountyhighlight_session, washingtoncountyhighlight_client_id, or washingtoncountyhighlight_sess_start.
  • LOCATION FRAUD: Manipulating IP addresses, geolocations, or using unauthorized VPNs/proxies to submit fraudulent Check-ins for businesses you did not physically visit.
  • FALSE INFORMATION: Providing inaccurate personal information to gain unauthorized entries into Sweepstakes.

5. VIP CLUB & REFERRAL PROGRAM

Joining the VIP Club requires accurate information. Referral links may only be shared with known associates. You may not use automated scripts, bot services, or temporary email addresses to generate referrals. We reserve the right to audit referrals and disqualify any user suspected of fraudulent growth.

6. SWEEPSTAKES AND PROMOTIONS

Promotional drawings are governed by separate OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES. We retain winner data for 7 years for legal and tax compliance, while general site identifiers are purged every 30 days.

7. PLATFORM INTEGRITY AND SECURITY IDENTIFIERS

To ensure a fair environment, Authority Network Group LLC employs a "Ghost Mode" server-side architecture. This includes the use of strictly necessary cookies like 'washingtoncountyhighlight_session' for your secure login. Our system automatically processes Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Any attempt to spoof, reverse-engineer, or manipulate these integrity signals is a material breach of these Terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Platform acts solely as a free directory and promotional tool. Authority Network Group LLC does not employ, guarantee, or vouch for the quality, safety, or legality of the third-party businesses listed. Your interactions with any business found on the Platform are strictly between you and that business.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Platform and its original content, features, functionality, and underlying server-side code are owned by Authority Network Group LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights laws.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Authority Network Group LLC from and against any claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Saint George, California.

12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material revisions. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
